1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Zikrun. By accessing or purchasing from our digital boutique, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Authenticity & Artisanal Craftsmanship
Every fragrance, pure attar, and agarwood extrait offered by Zikrun is guaranteed 100% authentic, hand-poured, and formulated using pure natural essences and premium aromatic compounds. Variations in maceration and color are natural hallmarks of artisanal perfumery.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders in cases of stock limitations or pricing discrepancies.
- For guest orders, verification of mobile/WhatsApp numbers may be conducted prior to dispatch.
4. Delivery & Insured Courier
We provide nationwide express delivery across Bangladesh:
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
- All shipments are packaged in luxury discreet shockproof boxes to ensure safe arrival.
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic and artisanal nature of fine fragrances, opened or used bottles cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or broken during transit, notify our concierge within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof for an immediate replacement.
